Through "GARONG," Voice of Baceprot highlight how systems can slowly legitimize misconduct. When rules can be manipulated, punishments fail to deter, and society is too quick to forget, corruption ceases to be merely an individual act and instead becomes part of a culture passed down from one generation to the next.

"We believe that when lies and abuses of power are continuously tolerated, we are not only witnessing destruction—we are also passing it on. The line between right and wrong becomes blurred, our conscience grows numb, and honesty gradually starts to feel unfamiliar," says Voice of Baceprot.

Lagu ini merupakan refleksi atas semakin mengakarnya praktik korupsi, sekaligus peringatan tentang bahaya ketika kejahatan perlahan diterima sebagai sesuatu yang lumrah.
Korupsi adalah kejahatan yang hampir semua orang sepakat sebagai tindakan tercela dan merugikan. Namun, di tengah kesadaran kolektif tersebut, praktiknya justru terus berkembang. Jumlah pelaku terus bertambah, nilai kerugian semakin besar, sementara berbagai celah dalam sistem, lemahnya penegakan hukum, serta budaya yang mudah memaafkan membuat kejahatan ini seolah menemukan ruang untuk terus hidup.
Melalui "GARONG", Voice of Baceprot menyoroti bagaimana sebuah sistem dapat secara perlahan melegitimasi penyimpangan. Ketika aturan dapat dimanipulasi, hukuman tidak memberikan efek jera, dan masyarakat terlalu cepat melupakan, korupsi bukan lagi sekadar tindakan individu, melainkan bagian dari budaya yang diwariskan.
